Event Production. Creative Direction. Community Building.
If you're planning an event in Oslo or beyond and need someone who handles everything — concept, production, creative direction, and content — let's talk about what's possible.
Photography taught me how people experience a moment. Event production gave me the opportunity to create those moments.

Experience Design in Practice
The best way to understand how I work is to see it. Here's a real project, from brief to result.
At A Glance
Client: Glasmagasinet
Role: Producer & Creative Director
Duration: 6 Years
Focus: Fashion, Partnerships, Content & Community
Case Study: Glasmagasinet Bryllupsmesse
Challenge: Wedding fairs in Norway had a formula. Show up, set up a table, hand out brochures. Couples walked through, vendors smiled, and everyone went home hoping something stuck. Glasmagasinet wanted something different. Something people would actually talk about.
My Role: I ran everything. Creative direction, production, partnerships, marketing, photography, guest experience. From the first planning conversation to the last guest out the door. Six years in a row.
Event concept development
Vendor and partner recruitment
Sponsorship collaboration
Fashion show production
Marketing and audience growth
Photography and content creation
Venue coordination and logistics
Guest experience design
Solution: The brief wasn't complicated. Make it feel less like a trade show and more like an event worth attending. So we built it that way. Fashion shows. Brand activations. Real entertainment. Vendors who were curated, not just anyone who paid for a table. Every decision started with one question: what do we want people to feel when they leave?
Results: Six consecutive years. Vendors came back. Brands grew their results year over year. One major retail partner tripled their single-day performance over the course of the partnership. Clients didn't just renew. They referred others. Today, Bryllupsmesse at Glasmagasinet is one of Oslo's most anticipated annual events. Couples plan around it. Brands budget for it. That's what happens when the creative vision serves the commercial outcome.

I Don't Just Produce Events. I Build Them.
Most event producers work within someone else's vision. I decided to build my own.
Mitt Alt Wedding Fairs is an independent Norwegian event platform I conceived, founded, and built from nothing. One event concept. Grew into a recognized brand with its own identity, audience, partnerships, and annual productions across Norway.
Over multiple years I built everything. The concept, the brand, the partnerships, the marketing, the community, the event experience itself. Mitt Alt is not a client project. It's a founder story. Building an event brand from scratch requires a different kind of thinking than producing an event for hire. It means audience development, brand positioning, long-term partnerships, revenue strategy, and community growth. Not just logistics. Clients come to me when they want something built to last.
More Than An Event Producer
Every event I produce starts with a question: what do we want people to feel when they leave? Everything else, venue, partners, creative direction, logistics, content, gets built backwards from that answer.
If you're a brand looking for activation, a venue seeking a creative partner, or an organization planning something large, keep reading.
What I Contribute
-
I manage every moving part from the first planning meeting to the final guest exit — scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, staffing, logistics, and on-site execution. Events I produce run on time, on budget, and on brief.
-
I shape the full creative vision of an event — the concept, the flow, the atmosphere, the styling, and the story it tells. The goal is always the same: create something people talk about after they leave.
-
Strong events are built on strong partnerships. I identify, approach, and develop relationships with brands, sponsors, venues, media partners, and industry collaborators — turning individual events into platform-building opportunities.
-
The best events don't end when the lights go down. I design experiences that create lasting connections between audiences, brands, creators, and collaborators, building communities that grow between events, not just during them.
-
An event no one knows about is an event no one attends. I handle event branding, social media strategy, content creation, email campaigns, ticket sales, and promotional partnerships — building audience before, during, and after the event.

Past clients, partners, and collaborators include wedding professionals, fashion brands, retailers, lifestyle companies, venues, sponsors, media partners, and cultural organizations across Norway and internationally. Notable partners include Glasmagasinet, Illums Bolighus, Adam & Eve, KICKS, and Thune.
FAQs – Events & Production
-
Everything from large-scale wedding fairs and brand activations to fashion shows, private celebrations, and community experiences. If it involves people, a space, and a reason to gather, I'm interested.
-
Yes. I've produced events across Norway and have worked internationally. Location isn't a barrier if the project is the right fit.
-
Both. Most producers execute someone else's vision. I can build the vision and execute it, or step into an existing concept and produce it. Your call.
-
Send me a message. Tell me what you're building. If I think I can make it better, I'll tell you. If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you that too.
-
Yes, when the scale allows it. With nearly 30 years behind the camera, I bring a photographer's eye to every production regardless. For larger events, I bring in trusted photographers and videographers from my network to handle coverage while I focus on production. Either way, the visual storytelling is taken care of.
-
Events at this scale require a real team, and I have one. Over the years I've built a trusted network of freelance professionals I work with consistently. That includes production designers, stylists, catering partners, musicians, service staff, and a dedicated technical crew handling sound, lighting, DJ, and full production builds. You get the experience and coordination of a full production operation. Without the agency overhead.
-
Yes, and it's one of the things that separates a good event from a great one. Through years of producing events across Norway I've built relationships with venues, caterers, florists, musicians, technical production crews, and lifestyle brands. Many of these relationships go beyond vendor agreements. I actively develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities that add value to the event and often offset costs. If there's a brand that belongs in the room, I usually know how to get them there.
Currently accepting event production and creative direction projects for 2025 and 2026.

Introduced by Kathrine Sørland. Focused on you.
That's me, on stage in front of 200 guests, introduced by Kathrine Sørland. I was asked to share one piece of advice from nearly 30 years behind the camera. Whether it's your wedding day or a large-scale event, I show up the same way. Present, prepared, and focused entirely on you.
