Losby Gods Wedding near Oslo

Losby Gods has a completely different atmosphere than most wedding venues around Oslo. Surrounded by forest and open landscape, the entire property feels quiet, timeless, and naturally cinematic without needing much around it. Weddings there tend to slow down in the best possible way, allowing people to actually experience the day instead of rushing through it.

Karianne and Karl-Peter celebrated their wedding with a ceremony at Lørenskog kirke before continuing the day at Losby Gods, where the combination of the historic manor, soft evening light, and surrounding nature created an incredible setting for both portraits and documentary moments throughout the celebration.

What I’ve always loved about photographing weddings at Losby Gods is how naturally the environment shapes the images. The venue already carries so much atmosphere on its own that the photography becomes more about observing moments, movement, and connection rather than forcing anything to happen. Even during shorter wedding coverage, locations like this create space for portraits and storytelling that feel relaxed, elegant, and emotionally honest at the same time.
